EASIER FOR WORKSHOPS: The bikes are collected fully built from your store with no need for additional packaging and shipped fully insured in our custom adapted “service course vans” as they would leave your workshop.
BETTER FOR CUSTOMERS: This starts with SMS updates to inform customers of exact delivery timings. Our experienced staff then carry out a full handover and run through the the entire bike to ensure a full understanding of how to get the best from the new machine. We include adjustments to saddle height, pedals, suspension & accessory fitting and a test ride. We’ll even help with phone app setup for Di2 and AXS gearing.
ASSURANCE FOR RETAILERS: This means we expand your delivery catchment whilst giving you the retailer the assurance of maintaining service levels you expect from your store team. Ultimately, it’s less hassle for the customer arranging the bike build and for store teams time packaging and shipping, better service ratings and less returns.

Great Value Pricing
Starting from as little as £80+VAT per delivery the service is more cost effective than sending store staff out in company vehicles across the country. We offer preferential rates for higher volumes and partner stores but have to charge a premium for higher cost areas such as ULEZ congestion charges.
